General Rules for Paper Submission

• We welcome paper submissions for both oral presentation and poster presentation.
• All attendees will receive a participation certificate.
• Winners of the Best Oral Presentation and Best Poster Presentation competitions will receive a certificate of recognition.
• To submit a paper, authors must first create an account in the online system to complete registration and submission.
• The presenting author must complete account creation, registration, and submission before September 20, 2026.
• Applications that fail to complete registration before the deadline will be automatically declined by the system.
• Each person may serve as the presenting author for only one paper.
• Papers may not be edited or updated after submission.
• Abstracts that do not comply with the submission guidelines will be automatically rejected without further notice.
• The Scientific Program Committee will review all submitted papers.
• Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent via e-mail before October 20, 2026.
• Presentation criteria and detailed instructions will be included in the notification.
• All accepted papers will be published in the e-Paper Book.
• Please upload your paper through the online submission system.
• Please also refer to the instructions for oral and poster presentation preparation.

Paper Guidelines

Title
• The abstract title should be concise and limited to 25 words.

Author and Co-authors’ Details
• Full first and family name(s)
• Affiliation details: department, institution/hospital, city, state (if relevant), country

Presenting Author’s Contact Details
• The presenting author’s contact information should be identical to the submitting author’s information.

File Format
• Please upload the manuscript in both PDF and WORD (or ODT) formats.

Page Limit
・The manuscript should be 1–4 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.
