Oral Presentation Instruction and Details

1. Oral Presentation Rule Notice

• Each speaker will have 8 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.
• Staff will hold up a sign and ring a bell once when 1 minute remains in the presentation.
• When the presentation time is up, a sign will be held up and the bell will ring twice.
• When the Q&A time is up, a sign will also be held up and the bell will ring twice.

2. Presentation File Preparation

• Please use the official conference slide template and prepare your presentation in 16:9 (Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 2000 or later, including Office XP)
• Scan your file for viruses and bring a backup copy.

3. File Submission

• Please bring your presentation file on a USB flash drive and upload it to the computer in your assigned presentation room before the start of your session. Presenters are requested to test their presentation files in advance to ensure that they display and function properly.

Poster Presentation Instruction and Details

To ensure smooth procedures and optimal exhibition quality, poster presenters are kindly requested to follow the guidelines below:

• The poster exhibition area is located on the 3^rd floor of the venue. Please follow the conference instructions to locate your assigned area.
• Please prepare your poster in A0 portrait format (W84.1 × H118.9 cm). The poster board size is W90 × H150 cm. 
• Each board will be labeled with the corresponding abstract number. Please mount your poster on the correct board according to your assigned number.
• All text and visuals must be clear and legible from a distance of approximately 1 meter.
• Poster presentations will take place on November 20-22, 2026. Attendance is optional. Further details will be sent via email.
• Presentations must be conducted in English.
• Awards will be announced by email on November 22 (Sun.) before 12:20 (UTC+8) Winners will receive their prizes during the Closing Ceremony on November 22 (Sun.), 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM at Room 401.
• Presenters must wear their conference badge and display their poster at the assigned location.
• Posters must be removed by 13:00 PM on Sunday, November 22 (UTC+8).
